OCA Labs is a small independent creative practice producing handcrafted objects, photographic prints, visual research, and community-led workshops. By using this website or purchasing from OCA Labs, you agree to the terms described below.

All products, imagery, written content, and workshop materials on this website are produced or curated by the OCA Labs team.

All content on this website, including text, images, products, design, graphics, and workshop materials, is the intellectual property of OCA Labs unless otherwise stated.

3. Products & Descriptions
We take great care to describe and photograph products accurately.
However, because OCA Labs works with natural materials and handcrafted processes, slight variations in colour, grain, finish, or scale may occur. These are part of the nature of the work.
Dimensions listed on product pages are approximate.
4. Orders, Payments, & Fulfilment
Payments are securely processed through industry-standard payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal).
Your payment information is not stored on this website.
For photographic prints, fulfilment may be handled by a trusted print-on-demand partner based in London. Shipping times may vary based on location, production volume, and courier availability.
5. Shipping
5.1 We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
5.3 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.4 Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Returns & Refunds
We follow a simple, transparent returns policy that respects both the customer and the handcrafted nature of our work.
6.1 Woodwork & Functional Objects
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or faulty.
To request a return:
6.1.1 Email us within 7 days of receiving the item.
6.1.2 Include photographs of the damage and your order number.
6.1.3 We will arrange replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
We cannot accept returns for:
6.1.4 Normal wear
6.1.5 Minor variations in natural materials
6.1.6 Damage caused by misuse or poor care
6.2 Photographic Prints
All print sales are final.
Because prints are produced on-demand specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
If damaged:
6.2.1 Email us within 7 days with photos
6.2.2 A replacement will be issued at no extra cost
6.3 Workshops, Clubs & Events
All workshop bookings are non-refundable.
If OCA Labs must cancel or reschedule an event:
6.3.1 You will receive a full refund or the option to rebook
6.3.2 We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs
7. Privacy & Data
We collect minimal information, only what is required to process orders or respond to enquiries.
This may include:
7.1 Name
7.2 Email address
7.3 Postal address (for orders)
7.4 Payment confirmation (handled by secure third-party systems)
We do not:
7.5 Sell data
7.6 Share data with advertisers
7.8 Use invasive tracking
7.9 Store full payment details

9.3 Errors caused by third-party service interruptions
9.4 Lost parcels handled by postal carriers (we will assist where possible)
Handcrafted items may require gentle care and are intended for normal domestic use only.

OCA Labs may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in the studio, products, or legal requirements.
